Ponzu Katsukiya

Ponzu Katsukiya’s ponzu is not just for yudofu and hot pot; it is also worth trying with tonkatsu. One customer who served it with yudofu found its citrus flavour more pronounced than that of commercially available alternatives. A longtime customer praised its noticeable dashi flavour and slightly sweet taste, saying they pair well with yudofu.

This bottle may also appeal to those who prefer mellow richness to sharp acidity.
